How to place an order
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 0208 245 4467. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
Delivery
Most items are kept in stock and dispatched by courier and normally arrive within 4 - 5 days. All courier deliveries should be signed for as "Unchecked". If you notice any damage we need to be notified within 24 hours in order to process any claim. Any requests for reimbursement after this time cannot be entertained due to our courier's claims policy.
A receipt signature is required, so any preferred delivery date / address should be advised.
All possible risks are considered to be passed to the buyer at the time of acceptance as defined here above, and below. If circumstances such as accidents, general or partial strikes, lock-out, lack of transport, severe weather, general or partial fire at the premises of the seller, etc, relieve the seller of his responsibilities.
We will try to help from our end as much as we can, but we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods as we do not have control of items that are being delivered once they leave the warehouse .
It is your responsibility to check the contents of your package and notify the driver that you wish to decline delivery. Please report any damage to us within 48 hours so we can arrange for replacements to be sent.
We will not be liable for replacement of any broken pieces if they have been signed for in “Good Condition In no event shall Coving Cornice Interiors be liable to our customers for any business losses, costs or expenses. Coving Cornice Interiors will not be responsible for any delays to delivery which are outside of our control.All deliveries are given to an independent Courier Company who are in control of items being delivered.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Goods in perfect condition may be returned for refund or exchanged befor 14 days subject to prior written notice. If you have already received your order, you must return the products to us within 14 days of telling us that you want to cancel your order. The deadline is met if you send the products back to us before the 14-day period has expired. We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back from you or until you have provided us with evidence that you have sent the products back (whichever is earlier).
If the items have been packed and are in transit with the couriers and you decide to cancel you still will be charged by the couriers £35 plus VAT for returning the goods back to our Belgian warehouse. Should a higher rate be charged by the carrier due to large volume or weight (e.g for order values in excess of £500 ex VAT), this will be the amount charged back to the buyer.
VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: All purchases made are contracting with Coving Cornice Interiors to protect both the customer and the seller, when signing for goods do so as "UNCHECKED" or if DAMAGED by recording what has been damaged upon receipt. Not doing so will render any claim against the carrier as void. Our insurance cover is void once a parcel has been accepted without a clear written notification of damage or non-delivery of an item.
ONCE THE COURIER LEAVES THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ALL INSURANCE COVER CEASES AND ANY REPLACEMENT ITEMS cannot be supplied free of charge from Coving Cornice Interiors. If a product is unable to be delivered Coving Cornice Interiors will be responsible for the refund of the product.

Payments
All credit card transactions are subject to security clearance
Telephone orders have to pass the same security procedures, and may be affected by any of the following;
1: Billing address differing from delivery address.
2: Orders where the card billing address is a P.O.Box number.
3:Alerts where the card provider believes the use may not fit in with regular purchasing patterns.
Trade or Business Customers
We do not give refunds for trade discounts unless the products are faulty. Please ask for samples for reassurance to size and appearance.
Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We will not divulge customer personal details unless required by law to do so. We do not sell contact details to third parties
Liability
The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the uk.
We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods until you have received them and inspected them.
Law & Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
Use of This Website
You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to download Brochures from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
